"Chris and Tim Koziarski are the real deal. When I was shopping for media consultants, I was looking for a firm that could help me from concept to installation to support. I researched local firms that were CEDIA-certified and selected Chris and Tim for a consultation based on their superior initial responsiveness. They visited my home and we discussed several options for a media room within my budget. They quickly put together a detailed proposal, helping me select everything from a display, to speakers, to cabinetry, and even mundane stuff like wiring and wall plates. And remarkably, Chris and Tim patiently explained it all in language I could understand. They were also patient with many changes of mind and balanced my desire for video and audio quality with my wife's aesthetic constraints. After initial component selection, Chris and Tim kept me up to date on any recommended updated products & technology, as well as good deals they became aware of. Installation day was a breeze, including running wiring through existing drywall and installing in-wall surround speakers. Chris and Tim did not leave until the system was working flawlessly and we fully understood how to operate it. They also helped run interference with our display manufacturer when I thought I was hearing a humming noise. Thanks to Chris and Tim, the manufacturer replaced the unit without hassle. Chris and Tim personally removed the original display and installed the replacement. Try getting that level of service from Best Buy! Two years later, I am still thrilled with our media room and consider it a sound investment (no pun intended!). I wouldn't hesitate to use Chris and Tim on future projects and I sing their praises to anybody who will listen."
